@security mod, this will allow users to put a 2nd password on their account and restrict Trading(Outgoing), GuildStorage(Outgoing), Mail, Vending, Dropping Items.

To remove security temporarily/permanently. Type @security then input your security password(not login password) then choose from the option to disable until logout or disable it permanently. 
If you have opted for permanent disable. You can enable it again just typing @security and go through the same process.
