Things to Remember:

• All Fare expenses to and from the location are shouldered by the attendee.
• If you want an exclusive room, please let us know ahead of time for reservation and know that this will incur additional fees.
• The Main Event will be on January 14, 2023, So you may travel anytime on January 13th.
• Hostels, Inns, and Motels are available nearby if you want to book additional rooms other than the shared room provided.
• For those who want to avail of the ArunafeltzRO Merchandise, this will be available upon request.
• Additional Companions need to pay the additional entrance fee. (Maximum of 3 Only)
• Any sharp materials/weapons are not allowed.

1. What if I lost my personal belongings?

-  You should be RESPONSIBLE for your own personal belongings. The Aruna Staffs are not liable for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended in the event premises. 

2. I can only attend on the 14th, can I still come?

- Yes, you can! However, our resources are limited and we'd want you to enjoy the event! That said, we may need to collect 50% of the entrance fee. Inclusion are as follows: Food, Drinks, and you can also join our events. (loot bags are not provided as these are prepared in advance.)

3. I am bringing my kid as a companion, do I need to pay the full amount?

- Nope! the entrance fee for kids are 50% discounted inclusive of food and drinks.

4. I can't leave my furry friend, can I take my pet with me?

- If you are bringing your furbabies, please let us know ahead of time so we can discuss with our team further.

5. I already have my confirmed reservation but I can only attend on the 14th and 15th am I still eligible for the lootbag?

- Yes, as long as you have a confirmed and paid registration prior, you are entitled to receive your lootbag.

From Pampanga to Pangasinan - 2 - 3 Hours (via Romulo Hwy/Tarlac - Pangasinan Rd)
