What are the rules?
- Always be respectful to GMs. Insults or verbal harassement towards a GM won't be tolerated. Do not disrespect a GM by accusing him/her of cheating with his/her legit or abusing his/her powers. If you have a good reason to report a GM, just do it here without spreading useless rumours. That won't be tolerated.
- Do not ask to be a GM or Sub-GM.
- Do not bother the GMs unless you are absolutely sure you cannot solve your problem on your own. Make sure you check the forums before contacting a GM to see if someone else had the same problem solved already.
- Impersonating a GM is strictly forbidden. This includes names starting with GM (or anything similar).
- Do not impersonate a player.
- Do not harass a player (verbally/sexually). Just remember that there are people of all ages playing here. So you need to remain respectful or you might be sanctionned.
- Selling items to people for real money is strictly forbidden!
- Vulgarity, discrimination, harassment, insults against or around players including character, party, guild names and logos.
- Any fraudulent behaviour in commercial exchange in general is forbidden (ex: Misleading shop name or selling an item or a service and retracting/disconnecting before the deal is complete for both players).
WOE RULES
- Do not create a guild with a similar name as another existing guild or use an emblem that is already used by another guild. Epecially don’t remove Guild Emblem.
- Do not use the Friend menu option on players in WoE.
- Do not trade players in WoE. This distracts them and make them vulnerable to attacks. (This can be avoided by typing /notrade).
What are the VIP Benefits?
Answer: As of now, the current benefits of VIP are:
- Configurable Buffs at VIP NPC (@warp veil 129 124)
- Full Buffs at Healer NPC
- +50% more EXP gain
- +25% drop rate
- Ignores all gemstone requirement for skills
Leveling
How can I level up fast?
Answer: use @train or talk to the Training Ground NPC located at veil 112 73 to go to the Training Grounds.
Quests
Where can I do quests?
Answer: You can do quests on NPCs Brok (veil 89 127) with 100% success chance but more requirements needed, and Sindri (veil 91 132) with a 60% success chance but with lower requirements.
How to do these quests?
Answer: You need to gather certain ARO materials to craft a quest item. View the NPC to know the list of them ARO items that you need to gather.
How to farm ARO items for these quests?
Answer: You need to use @alootid, @whodrops, and @whereis commands. You can see the item number on the requirements.
Example: You need to farm ARO Cystal Blue (item#36018). You need to type @alootid +36018 to autoloot the item, @whodrops 36018 to know what monsters drop ARO Crystal Blue, and @whereis to find the location of that monster. The just use @warp to go there.
Where can I make ARO Dyestuffs?
Answer: You can make ARO Dyestuffs on ARO Dyestuff Maker NPC located at veil 83 139. You can make them in batches just make sure that you have all of the ingredients. If you need Counteragent and Mixture, just go to the NPC named Morgenstein beside him.
Mall
Where is the mall?
Answer: The Mall Warper is located at veil 129 94.
Enchanting
Where is the Equipment Enchanter?
Answer: It is located at veil 90 103.
Where is the Costume Enchanter?
Answer: It is located at veil 97 106
Where can I get materials for enchantment?
Answer: You can get them by: a.) Crafting them in Artifact Maker NPC (veil 90 108), by participating in World Boss (cell_game), killing dragons in Dragon Valley (Dragon Researcher NPC located at veil138 94). For Costume Enchant Tickets only, you can purchase them using Bossnia Points on Bossnia Point Shop NPC (veil 102 94), or at the Event Shop located at (veil 149 131).
NOTE: You need to have enchant materials (Tier Enchantment Artifact) for equipment and (Costume Enchant Ticket) for costumes in order to enchant.

Where is the MVP Shop?
Answer: The MVP Shop is located at veil 147 109
Where can you get MVP Coins/Points?
Answer: From killing MVPs in their natural habitat.

Mobile Users FAQs
I can't see crit, is it working?
Answer: Yes, it is working, If you have problems like that just choose the option 'download all' when installing the mobile version. Mobile users can't also see other things such as the devotion line when using the skill Devotion.
Instances
Is Geffen Magic Tournament repeatable?
Answer: Yes, but with different characters. One way to farm GMT coins is by making a separate account and making your desired jobs to use in that instance. It can be repeated in one account with other characters while the one you've used is on its cooldown. You can also reset it in the same character with T1/T2/T3 Instance Reset ticket which can be purchased on Instance Shop location on veil 86 79.
Equipments
My Weapon/Armor is broken, where is the repairman?
Answer: Your item would automatically be repaired when you click the Healer NPC, but obviously this only works on item breaking due to skills and not by refining.
Where can I decard?
Answer: You can decard at the All in One Shop NPC at veil 135 113.
Where can I use Enriched Oridecon/Elunium
Answer: You can use them at Suhnbi located at veil 83 162.
What is Godly Refiner?
Answer: He is just like Hollgrehen but with the Godly Refiner, you can refine items straight to refine limit, normal or multiple refines in one go.
Status Effects
How many stats do i need to resist Stun/Sleep/Curse etc
Answer: You need 166% of the original stat resist. ex. if the original is 100 vit for stun resist, here you need 166 VIT.
Can i have a Immune to Frost using Mdef Stacking?
Answer: No you cant, we have 90 MDEF CAP, You can only Resist "Frost Joke" skill with 90 MDEF & 160+ LUK combo. but cannot resist attacks that has freezing effect like storm gust with stats alone.
How does GTB works
Answer: You cannot be dispelled by dispell skill but you can be dispelled by tarot, You cannot be affected by most common statuses like coma.
Reflect
How do you calculate Reflect Damage?
Answer: Refer to the picture below.

Why do i receive 2 reflect damage messages when i hit a paladin?
Answer: The reflect damage is seperated in 2 parts ,Item reflect damage & Shield Reflect Skill Damage. If they have no Item Reflect % Bonuses and only Shield Reflect Skill buff activated then you will only receive 1 damage message, and vice versa.
I have 80% Reflect and their Asura Damage is 2 Million but they did not die from reflect?
Answer: It is because you can only deal reflect damage not exceeding the maximum amount of your max HP. The reflect damage given to the enemy cannot exceed your Maximum HP.
Example: You have 500k HP & 80% Reflect then their damage per hit is 2 Million, (Your supposed Reflect Damage should be 80% of 2 million = 1.6 Million). BUT You can only deal 500k Damage to them because that is your max HP.

What is Credit Voucher/Aruna Credits?
Answer: Credit Voucher item is now called Aruna Credits. it is the main currency of ArunafeltzRO and can be farmed.
