  1. Hello, In this guide, I would like to share to you a build that is NOT the best, NOT the ideal, NOT what anyone would suggest, NOT what I would recommend personally. But it works. Well… this is a FOR FUN Build! Some players are just not into playing Snipers and Gunslingers. Some are more lenient to using their SWORDS, in this case their THALONGS to grind. So if you’re one of those people then this guide might be for you! DISCLAIMER: Please note that I’m not a Lord Knight main and I’m only using items cheap items available to me. If you have an input on how to make the build stronger, I’d be more than welcome to include it in this guide. The goal of this guide is not only to kill the Boss but also to use cheap items as much as possible to accommodate new players. ***UPDATE AS OF 10/10/23 PATCH*** All ASS Boss Monster Defense have been set to 90. All ASS Vitality Stat have been set to 210. Because of this recent update, other classes like Lord Knights are now viable to be used in A.S.S.!! Instance Monsters Information: Tier SS - Thalongtos Origin Thalongtos Origin can be summoned by offering a Scarlet Amrita in the altar. .The notable attributes Thalongtos Origin have are the following: HP: 2,040,000,000 Def: 90 Race: Demon Property: Ghost 1 (Becomes Holy when berserk around 40% HP or lower) Size: Large Flee: 655 Thalongtos Origin spawns his minions every once in a while. But they’re not much of a threat to us. When his HP around 40%, he changes his elemental property from Ghost 1 to Holy 1 to 4. This means we can deal more damage since we can counter his elemental property by using Cursed Water (Shadow). Tier S - Bathode Origin Bathode can be summoned by offering Cerulean Amrita in the altar. Here are the notable details for Bathode Origin: HP: 2,040,000,000 Def: 90 Race: Demon Property: Earth 1 Size: Large Flee: 655 Unlike Thalongtos Origin, the Bathode Origin doesn’t change elements when his HP is lower than 40%. So the damage you deal from start to end will be the same. The Build: Tier SS - Thalongtos Origin So you might be wondering… Why the hell are we using Lord Knight to kill Thalongtos Origin? Why not use Sniper, Gunslinger, or maybe an Assassin Cross?! The answer to that is simple. Have you seen the description of the weapon The Thalong? It literally says, it is The A.S.S. Buster! So that’s why we’re going to BUST that A.S.S. and claim our reward! Equipment: Top: +12 - +13 Soldier Hat (item ID: 4518) [Seyren Windsor Card] - This card gives +6 STR when the headgear is upgraded to +12. A good alternative if you don’t have [Violent Coelacanth Card] yet. Middle: +12 - +13 Fancy Phantom Mask / Dragon Cyclops [Seyren Windsor Card] - Same as above. Lower: Angeling Wings / Dragon Sword Back Armor: +12 - +13 Dragon Armor [ATK 3%, 4%, 5%] [Gloom Under Night Card] - Gives damage boost against Demon race and Holy property monsters. - Optional Switching Gear: Dragon Armor [ATK +3%, +4%, +5%] [Detale Card] - You may use this to cast Land Protector on the ground that will keep you from being rooted and hit by AOE Magic attacks. Shield: +12 - +13 Strong Shield [STR +1, +2, +3] [Khalitzburg Knight Card] - Strong shield prevents knock-back while KKC provides resistance against Large monsters and additional damage boost when used with White Knight Card. Garment: +12 - +13 Dragon Manteau [ATK +3%, +4%, +5%] [Wakwak Card] - Every 10 points of STR gives 5 ATK. Shoes: +12 - +13 Dragon Shoes [ATK +5% to Boss, +10% to Ghost, +10% to Boss] [Firelock Soldier Card] - Gives +2 STR and 10% HP/Sp. Good alternative if you don’t have [Ipodus Card] or [Vicious Cookie Card] yet. Accessory: x2 Dragon Rings [Assassin Cross Card] [Sniper Card] - Enchant Poison provides a significant damage boost while Thalongtos is still in Ghost Property. Sniper Card’s True Sight also provides smaller damage boost and also 20% chance to gain 30% of the damage dealt as HP. Weapon: +12 - +13 The Thalong (A.S.S. Buster) [2x White Knight Card] [1x Strouf Card] [1x Memory of Thanatos Card] - I tried quite a lot of card combinations but these so far provides the best damage against Thalongtos. Also, you might want to bring any weapon with [Mastersmith Card] to buff yourself with Maximum Over Thrust. Costumes: For Top, Middle, and Lower costumes, have [ATK +3%, +3%, +7%] and STR +4 T4 enchants. Also have a Strength T1 stone, Strength or ATK T2 stone on all costumes including Garment Costume. NOTE: You may also use Strength T3 or Sun Mythical Stone T3 for extra damage boost if you have the budget. You might also want to have a +12 Shadow Weapon with Unique Power Gem Red for extra damage boost. Stats: STR: 255 - You would want to get as much as damage as you can get so it’s okay to go max STR. AGI: 119 - 2 things. ASPD and to get the status immunity bonus from The Thalong. VIT: 100 - HP is always nice. But, mainly to get the status immunity bonus from The Thalong. INT: 1 - Not really needed. DEX: 192 - Bowling Bash needs a lot of HIT so that the damage won’t be reduced when you’re against an opponent with high FLEE. So getting lots of DEX can give you lots of HIT plus the bonuses you from The Thalong and other skill and usable buffs. LUK: 1 - I think it’s not really needed to get the ignore defense bonus from The Thalong in this situation because the ignore defense bonus only works on Demi-Humans. Tier S - Bathode Origin You may use the same build as indicated above. Here are just some few changes to match Bathode Origin’s stats. Shoes: +12 - +13 Dragon Shoes [ATK +5% to Boss, +10% to Earth, +10% to Boss] [Firelock Soldier Card] - Gives +2 STR and 10% HP/Sp. Good alternative if you don’t have [Ipodus Card] or [Vicious Cookie Card] yet. The only that was changed here is from 10% to Ghost, we changed it to 10% to Earth property because Bathode is an Earth property monster. Accessory: x2 Dragon Rings [Ifrit Card] [Sniper Card] - We exchanged Assassin Cross Card to Mantis Card because we won’t be using the Enchant Poison skill from Assassin Cross Card but instead we will use either Warm Wind Level 4 or Elemental Converter [Fire]. Sniper Card’s True Sight also provides smaller damage boost and also 20% chance to gain 30% of the damage dealt as HP. Usables: Make sure to bring this with you. It’s also better if you know how to use 4rtools’s Autobuff features so that you won’t forget to use these at the right times. Also make sure to turn ON your VIP Buffs. Box of Resentment - for additional ATK Box of Gloom - Casts level 1 Improve Concentration on yourself. Aloevera - Casts Provoke on yourself. Frost Giant’s Blood - Increases your Physical damage on enemies by 7% Cursed Water - Use this item when Thalongtos Origin uses berserk and become Holy Property. This will boost your damage by a lot. Aruna Elixir - Your main HP and SP potion. Token of Siegfried - In case you die. Then stand back up. Panacea - if you get silenced/cursed/confused. Use panacea. Increase Agi Scroll - To cancel out the Decrease AGI debuff. Strategy: Tier SS - Thalongtos Origin Make sure to buff yourself first with Maximum Over Thrust. Then use all the other buffs except for Enchant Poison. Use Enchant Poison last. Then start spamming Bowling Bash to Thalongtos Origin. If you would like to cast Land Protector first before going all out on Thalongtos Origin. Charge him first wearing [Detale Card], then wait for Land Protector to proc. Once Land Protector procs, switch back to [Gloom Under Night Card] to deal higher damage. Once Thalongtos Origin’s HP is lower than 800m, he might berserk already and become Holy Property. Once this happens make sure to use Cursed Water to deal higher damage. NOTE: You cannot use Enchant Poison and Cursed Water at the same time. You only used Enchant Poison when Thalongtos Origin is currently Ghost Property Tier S - Bathode Origin Make sure to buff yourself first with Maximum Over Thrust. Then use all the other buffs except for Warm Wind level 4 or Elemental Converter [Fire]. Warm Wind level 4 or Elemental Converter [Fire] last. Then start spamming Bowling Bash to Bathode Origin. Until it dies. Here is a video of me using the build against Thalongtos and Bathode: BUILD UPDATE: DONT PUT LUK STAT put it on DEX instead. Recent patch on Thalong Sword gives it Ignore Defense when having LUK stat which is not compatible with Thana Build. Just put all your excess stat on DEX Rewards: For the list of the rewards for A.S.S., you may refer to this link: https://arunafeltz.net/wiki/index.php/Ancient_Summoning_System#Rewards Conclusion: As mentioned before this is a for fun build. I would still recommend using Snipers when doing Tier SS A.S.S.. Although there is a difference in speed of completion, our aim is to open opportunities for other classes to complete instances like these and for players who would like to stick their classes and experience Arunafeltz MMORPG the way they would like to do so. What do we know? Maybe this A.S.S. monsters also get a rebalancing to accommodate other classes. (*please dev*) Because of the recent 10/10/23 update where the DEF of the bosses are increased from 35 to 90. Lord Knight is now a viable class to be used in A.S.S. Not only that, this can also be a good start to try out other classes too to be used in A.S.S. This opens a new opportunity to make Arunafeltz RO and Ancient Summoning System a good way to earn and catch up to other people. If you have an idea how to improve the build above please do share to the community as it will help not only the current players but also those that will join us in the future. And if you would like to have another class to be used in which instance please let me know and I will try my best to learn that specific class and instance. That would be all for this guide and aaaaaa Peace! Changelogs: 10/10/23 - Added Tier S: Bathode Origin guide. 10/11/23 - Updated the guide to match the 10/10/23 update. Memory of Thanatos Card - to be used in weapon to deal more damage. Ifrit Card - to be used against Tier S: Bathode Origin. Gives bonus ATK, and HIT compared to Mantis Card that provides +3 STR. Increase Agi Scroll - to cancel out Decrease AGI debuff from bosses. Removed old video guides. Added new video showing LK vs Thalongtos and Bathode.
  2. Hello, In this guide, I would like to share to you the build I used, as well as the strategy, and the rewards system that is in the Weekly Domain Instances. Instance Monsters Information: The monsters in this instance are easier to kill than those that are in The Other Domain instance. It’s mostly common mobs and bosses that are available in pre-renewal are in Stage 1 to 40. I usually aim to reach stage 41 within 5 to 6 minutes. In stage 40-ish and above, you’ll encounter Leak, Scaraba Monsters, Incarnation of Morrocs, Kraken Mobs, Manuk and Splendide mobs. And of course, the Boss of the instance Amdarais, Kraken, Fenrir, and Naught Sieger. Our goal in this instance is not only to finish it on time but also to finish it as fast as we can. As of this writing the fastest I was able to clear the instance is 8 minutes 30 seconds. Given that I don’t commit any small mistakes during the run. The Build: As of this writing I’m still debating in my mind if I should try to make a Gunslinger with spread attack and Gatling Fever build to complete the instance. But for now, we will use High Wizard to finish the instance. “Why High Wizard?! It’ll be very slow to kill Bosses because they have high MDEF!” While it is true that High Wizards are slower compared to the common MVP Killers, such as Gunslingers, Snipers, and Assassin Cross, the HW is faster to clear large number of monsters scattered in the whole map especially those with low HP and low MDEF. So, the build that we’re going to use should not only have high damage but also have 100% after cast reduction and ignore MDEF of boss monsters. Equipment • Top +12 - +13 Black Dragon Helm / Dragon Helm [Vesper Card] – 30% ignore MDEF to Bosses when dealing magic attacks • Middle: Black Dragon Cyclops / Dragon Cyclops [Vesper Card] – Same as above to get 60% total - Swap with [+12 to +13 Visor Chroma] – to ignore mdef of normal monsters and also provide 40% after cast delay reduction when you don’t have 4 state alchemist watch. • Low: Angeling Wings – 50% movement speed. Very Important. • Armor: Dragon Armor [Matk +3%, +4%, +5%] [Amdarais Card] – Deal more damage when worn with Dragon Set. And the card also deals more damage. You can use Tao Gunka or Marc card if you don’t have Amdarais. • Shield: Dragon Shield [Int +1, +2, +3 or ANY] [Alice Card] – Any enchant will do for the shield. I don’t actually have enchant on mine hehehe. I used Alice card because in the final stage someone deals lots of damage to me and I died. But you have autopots don’t worry about it. • Weapon: +12 to +13 Runic Staff [4x Celine Kimi] – For more damage. I haven’t tried using other weapons. Maybe you can use Glare Dragon Staff as an alternative. • Garment: +12 to +13 Dragon Manteau [After Cast Delay +10%, +15%, +20%] – Since you won’t be using any Kiel Card you need this to compensate for the lack of After cast delay you have on the build. You’ll also need 2 of these for switching. - Swap between Ancient Nightmare Mummy Card, for Fire and Earth Damage, and Gioia Card, for Wind and Ghost Damage. •Shoes: +12 to +13 Dragon Boots [Matk +5% to Boss, +10% to Shadow, +10% to Boss] [Fallen Bishop Card] – This allows you to deal more damage to bosses. I picked +10% to Shadow because when I was just starting out. I have a hard time killing Leak which is Dark property. • Accessories: x2 State Alchemist Watch [2x Mavka Card] – to Increase your Meteor Storm damage which is you main killer skill for most of the bosses. - Swap with 2x Dragon Rings [2x Elvira Card] – Because you’re on a budget and don’t have 2 State Alchemist Watch like me and also to increase your Jupitel Thunder and LoV damage. •Costumes Enchant: [After Cast Delay +5%, Matk +3%, Matk +7%] [T1 Int stone, T2 Matk/Int Stone, T3 Matk/All Stat stone] – This is for all 3 headgear Costumes. You’ll need the 15% after cast delay from the 3 costumes to get a total of 100% •+13 Shadow weapon with Int Unique Gemstone – for Extra Int. (as of this writing I don’t have shadow weapon and T3 stones. So if you have it, then good for you, right?!) Stats: You can just copy my stats in the screenshot below. I really didn’t give it much thought. Just make sure to have max Int, Instacast (even when quagmired), and max aspd. Usables: Make sure to bring this with you. It’s also better if you know how to use 4rtools’s Autobuff features so that you won’t forget to use these at the right times. Also make sure to turn ON your VIP Buffs. • Soul Link Scroll – You need this to increase your HP and mainly to increase Meteor Storm and LOV damage. • Full Chemical Protection Scroll w/ Glistening Coat – just in case your initial FCP runs out better to have a backup. • Panacea – if you get silenced/cursed/confused. Use panacea. • Box of Drowsiness – for extra MATK • Box of Sunlight – if you’re not using Black Dragon Cyclops then use this instead to see hidden enemies. • Increase AGI Scroll – Use this to cancel out any slows or Decrease AGI and increase your movement speed. • Token of Siegfried – In case you die. Then stand back up. • Don’t forget to bring Aruna Credits so that you can open the chest at the end. Strategies: For stages 1 up to 40, you may keep using this set to kill all the mobs. 60% ignore MDEF of BOSS monsters, 100% After cast delay, Increase Fire element Magic Damage. You don’t need to switch to kill even those that are fire element monsters. They’ll just die easily with Storm Gust and Lord of Vermillion. Once you reach the stage where Leak is, spam Meteor Storm in spots where you want Leak to walk in to. This is to prevent Leak from casting Land Protector. So, pre-cast MS in a cell adjacent to Leak then walk into that cell to lure until it’s killed. You may use Storm Gust and Lord of Vermillion to kill the other mobs. Once you reach the stage where Ktullanux is. Use the to swap your equipment to this. This build now have 30% ignore MDEF of BOSS monsters, 40% ignore MDEF of NORMAL monsters, 100% after cast delay, Increased damage when using Wind element Magic Damage. This should be enough to kill Ktullanux with Jupitel Thunder and Lord of Vermillion for the other spawns. Right after you kill Ktullanux, get ready to use your skill “Sight” and Box of Sunlight (if you’re not wearing Black Dragon Cyclops) in order to kill Skogul. Some of this mobs will hide and start using Grimtooth on you. So just go near them to unhide them with Sight. Once you reach Stage 45 or where the Queen Scaraba is, Use the to swap back to your Fire Magic damage build and use it until Stage 47. CAUTION: Stage 47 is Incarnation of Morroc. Some of these mobs use a skill called ‘Magic Mirror’ and this can instantly kill you if you’re damage is too high or if your autopots wasn’t able to catch up with the damage. Just resurrect with Token of Siegfried then proceed. On Stage 48 to 49, Use the to swap back to your Wind Magic damage build in order to kill the sea monsters and the tentacles.. On stage 50, Use the to swap back to your Fire Magic Damage build and lure all the bosses near you and spam Storm Gust, Lord of Vermillion, and Meteor Storm. Spam more Meteor Storm because this is your main damage dealer skill. Lord of Vermillion will be able to chip down the HP of the Kraken. When all the other bosses are killed, Use the to swap back to your Wind Magic Damage build and kill Kraken with Jupitel Thunder and LoV to end the instance. Rewards: You will only get the rewards for this instance once you’re able to kill the final bosses. Unlike The Other Domain, where you’ll be able to get the same rewards whether you finish it fast or slow as long as it’s on time, for the Weekly Domains, not only you need to clear the dungeon but you also need to do it AS FAST AS YOU CAN. The quantity of rewards for clearing these domains are based on how fast your total clearing time is. Each domain will have different ARO Loot and Exclusive Domain Drop. (For more info about these rewards you may refer to: https://arunafeltz.net/wiki/index.php/Weekly_Domains ) In this example shown above, you can see the Total Clear Points as 1107056 and more importantly the Item Reward Bonus as 221 from Domain of Tiw. Now, that figure of 221 is the upper limit of the rewards that you can get. Which means for that run, you have a chance to get 221 ‘Tiw’s Crystals’. BUT you should also take note that there is a lower limit of rewards. While the higher limit can be determined by how fast you can clear the instance, the lower limit is the lowest possible number of rewards you can get per run. As per Dev1, the lower limit is calculated by your Item Reward Bonus divided by 5. In the example shown above, the lowest possible number of ‘Tiw’s Crystals’ you can earn is 44. Which means, you still need to complete the instance AS FAST AS YOU CAN to get a better lower limit rewards. Conclusion: With that being said, if I miss anything please don’t hesitate to inform me and the community about your discoveries! I hope we can improve this build and all of us can get the best from the Weekly Domains! That would be all for this guide and aaaaaa Peace!
  3. Quick intro: This is a quick guide for Gunslingers in Other Domain. This should allow new players to experience and finish the Other Domain instance without spending lots of fortune on very expensive items. I. Skills Here are the skills you will be using in Other Domain. Level 10 Gatling Fever - This skill allows you to have max ASPD and deal more damage when using Gatling Gun weapon. Level 1 Spread Attack - This skill will deal 9x9 AOE Physical Long ranged damage to an area. Good for clearing squishy mobs. Level 10 Spread Attack - This skill will deal 5x5 AOE Physical Long ranged damage to an area. Good for killing multiple MVPs and clearing tougher mobs. II. Stats Vit: 250 - This is to activate the effect of Dragon Gatling Gun weapon, and also of course more HP. Dex: 250 - To deal more damage using Guns. Str: Rest of the stats - Allows you to carry enough potions, food buffs, and stuff. III. Equipment Weapon: For this instance you will be making use of 3 weapons. +9 Dragon Gatling Gun [2 White Knight Card, 2 Abysmal Knight] or [2 Abysmal Knight, 2 Turtle General Car] This is your main weapon for Killing MVPs. Always use gatling fever when switching to this weapon to get max ASPD and deal more damage. +9 Dragon Shotgun [1x Doppelganger, 2 White Knight Card, 1 Abysmal Knight] or [1x Doppelganger, 2 Turtle General, 1 Abysmal Knight] You will use this weapon when clearing non-MVP mobs with the Spread Attack skill. You can also kill squishy MVPs with this weapon. Dragon Revolver [1x Doppelganger Card] You will only use this weapon when killing plants and mushrooms because they only take 1 damage per hit. Using a revolver activates your Chain Action skill that is similar to Thief's Double Attack. NOTE: Don't use Sidewinder card in this weapon. It won't work. Ammunition: Get at least 5 pcs of all these bullets from Chrome Quest Shop for easier switching and 5 pcs of Bloody and Silver Bullet. Top Headgear: Expensive: +9 Cero Horns [From Chrome Quest Shop] Budget: Legionnaire Hat [From Brok Quest] or Cygnus Helm [From Brok Quest Shop] Middle Headgear: Expensive: +9 Full Hollow Mask [From Chrome Quest Shop] Budget: Hollow Mask OR Fancy Phantom Mask OR +9 Hawk Eyes [All from Brok Quest Shop] Lower Headgear: Angeling Wings - gives 50% Movement speed. [From Chrome Quest Shop] Armor: Dragon Armor [Tao Gunka] - Use this armor when facing Ifrit to avoid being one hit KO'ed by one of his skills. Dragon Armor: [Gloom Under Night Card] - Use this armor to deal more damage to Holy, Shadow, Angel, and Demon monsters. There are alot of them in there. Specially Satan Freaking Morroc. Enchants: [ATK+ 3%, ATK+ 4%, ATK+ 5%] or [Crit Damage + 3%, Crit Damage + 4%, Crit Damage + 5%] Garment: Dragon Manteau [Menblatt Card] - Gives you 25% long ranged damage at 250 BASE Dex Enchants: [ATK+ 3%, ATK+ 4%, ATK+ 5%] or [Long Ranged Damage+ 3%, Long Ranged Damage+ 4%, Long Ranged Damage+ 5%] Boots: Dragon Boots [Faceworm Queen Card] Enchants: [ATK+ 5% on Boss Monster, ATK+ 10% Dark Monster, ATK+ 10% on Boss Monster] Accessory: 2x Dragon Rings [Ifrit Card] Costume Enchants: [Critical Attack +5%, Critical Attack +8%, Critical Attack +10%] Costume Stones: Tier 1: T1 Dex Stone Tier 2: ATK Stone T2 or Ranged Stone T2 or Dex stone T2 IV. Usables Aloevera - Casts provoke on your self to increase damage Box of Gloom - Casts Level 1 Attention Concentrate to increase damage Box of Resentment - Gives +20 ATK for 60 seconds ALL Stat foods in Tool Dealer - gives +10 stats for 30 minutes Abrasive - Increases CRIT rate by 30 for 5 minutes. Panacea - Cures debuff Token of Siegfried - Allows you to resurrect yourself when you died. Aruna Elixir - Main HP and SP potion. Use this manually while also using the new Autopot feature in the server. Enter this before going inside the Other Domain. @autopot hp 50015 99 <--- This will use Aruna Elixir when your HP drops below 99% @autopot sp 50015 50 <---This will use Aruna Elixir when your SP drops below 50% V. Strategy Review the monsters per level inside the Other Domain by reading this https://arunafeltz.com/wiki/index.php/The_Other_Domain Getting to know the elements of each monster allows you to deal more damage with the help of the elemental bullets that you have. Take note that you need to finish this instance within 20 minutes or else you will be kicked out. The monsters inside are very easy to kill actually just use Level 10 and Level 1 Spread Attack efficiently to kill monsters as fast as you can. But, you need to take note of these guys, Satan Morroc and Ifrit. Ifrit have a skill that can insta-kill you so you must use Tao Gunka on armor when facing him and Freezing Bullets to kill him quickly. The real problem here is Satan Morroc. He have a skill called "Hell Power". As much as possible you must kill Satan Morroc before he can cast this skill on you. When you get this debuff, you won't be able to resurrect yourself with Token of Siegfried when you died and this lasts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. This debuff can be a real deal breaker when inside the Other Domain because time is of the essence for this instance. Also, bring lots of Hourly Tokens with you. Bring as many as you want and make sure to have 50 hourly coins when opening the Floor 51 Treasure Chest. VI. Conclusion This instance for me has medium difficulty. I failed a lot of times even until now when doing this instance because of Hell Power. Also, as of this writing, the rewards aren't that much as I only got 432 otherworldy coins for the week on 1 character. BUT, the best reward you can get here is the Dragon Reverse Scale. You can get the said item when you finish Floor 51 at 75% chance. Currently, it's market price is 1.7k Aruna credits for 1 piece and possibly 1T for 5pcs. How cool is that? Anyway, if you have ideas on how to finish the instance faster or efficiently, please write it down for others to see. That would be all for this guide and aaaaaa Peace!
