Introduction The Mage and the Wizard have been able to tap into mystical and elemental magic but the real power is now fully realized in the spells mastered by the High Wizard. Only a fool would dare challenge the awesome might of a High Wizard's power head on! A High Wizard has much more power than a regular Wizard, and at a much earlier level as well. Unlike the Wizard, it has Mystical Amplification, which will give more MATK on the next offensive magic skill to be cast on certain period of time. Ganbantein also has other uses in WoE and proven to be very useful. It can cancel many different spells that are cast on the ground. Such spells include Pneuma, Safety Wall, and More. It rips holes in the Sage class' ground spells as well, so it's good for stopping a Sage or Scholar from getting their Land Protector to work as they desired it to. Soul Drain allows the player to increase current Max SP by 20%, and every time a target is killed with a single target spell, player will restore SP equal to a certain percentage of that monster/player's SP. This basically allows the class to have infinite SP stacked on to the High Wizard's already really fast SP recovery rate. II. Skills Here im gonna be listing the skills currently being used on this build route. Only notable skills. Please note that some skills have been modified by the Developer for server balancing. CLICK HERE Additional Info: All the debufs will last 5 seconds during and upon its last hit of the skill, Meaning the debuff will continue to stay in effect when being hit by the skills above Meteor Storm: Now gives Debuff to the enemies hit by meteor. Enemies hit by Meteor Storm will now receive -15% Resistance to Fire Property Attacks (This affects both Magical & Physical). Lord Of Vermillion: Now gives Debuff to the enemies hit by the skill. Enemies hit by LOV will now receive -15% Resistance to Lightning Property Attacks (This affects both Magical & Physical). Storm Gust: Now gives Debuff to the enemies hit by the skill. Enemies hit by Storm Gust will now receive -15% Resistance to Water Property Attacks (This affects both Magical & Physical). III. Preferred enchants should focus on stats bonus with "Int +5" and "Matk 5%" Cards: Gemini-S58: Status Resistance Mutant Coelacanth: MATK +2% For each 2 refine, MATK +1%, Max HP -1%. High Wizard Card: EFFECT NULLIFIED WITH ANOTHER High Wizard Card Ignores 30% MDEF of normal monsters. Slows your casting time by 2x. Reduces SP regeneration rate by 100%. Drain 2000 SP as the headgear is unequipped. Ignores an additional +2% MDEF of normal monsters per refine. Increases damage taken from Ghost and Holy property attack by 100%. Gioia Card: Increase Wind and Ghost Property magic damage by 100%. Decrease resistance to all atribute attacks by 30%. Nightmare Ancient Mummy Card: Reduces damage from Neutral property by 15%. Every refine of garment increases Fire property damage by 3%. Faceworm Larva Card: Reduces damage taken from Neutral elemental attack by 15%. Every refine level: Increases Water elemental magic damage by 3%. Superior Deviling Card: Increases resistance against Neutral elemental attack by 25%. Additional resistance against Neutral elemental attack by 1% per (Refine Rate) Preferred Enchants MATK = 3%,4%,5% Note: Giant Snake Skin Has It's Own Enchant From Another Source Preferred Enchants Special Int, Int+7, Int+7 Shoes Cards: Fallen Bishop Hibram: MATK +10%, MaxSP -50%, Increases magical damage inflicted on Demihuman and Angel monsters by 50%. Headless Mule Card: Increases Water and Holy elemental magic damage by 20%. Mavka Card: Increases Fire and Earth elemental magic damage by 20%. Dwigh Card: Increase Ghost elemental magic damage by 50% Butetezard Card: Increases Wind and Ghost and Fire and Earth and Water and Holy elemental magic damage by 25%. NOTE: For Evil Spirit Gloves. Preferred enchant should be "Int" stats Weapons Cards Superior Celine Kimi Card: MATK +10%, For each Refine Level above 11: Matk +1% Celine Kimi Card: Matk 10%, Random Chance to auto-cast level 3 Critical Wounds to all enemies when dealing magical damage Ju Card: Ignores 2% MDEF of Enemies Refine >= +7 Increase daamge Earth Wind Fire Water Holy Ghost magic by 1% Refine >= +9 Increase daamge Earth Wind Fire Water Holy Ghost magic by another 2% Costume Equipment/Garment Mostly any item you want to use. Depending on your fashion reference as they all don't have any bonus effects Preferred Enchants MATK 3%, MATK 3%, MATK 7%, INT + 4 Preferred Stones T1 = Intelligence Stone, All Stat Stone T2 = Intelligence Stone, All Stat Stone, Magic Stone T3 = Sky Mythical, Violet Mythical, Blue Mythical Shadow Weapon Note: Shadow Weapon must have refine for the "Unique Gem Stone" to have effect when compounded Preferred Stones V. Notable Equipment Combo 1. Dragon Set(Armor, Garment, Shoes/Sleipnir) = All Stat + 5, Decrease Incoming Magic Damage 5%, Increase Damage 5% 2. Aegir Set(Armor, Garment, Shoes) = Decrease Damage from Demihuman by 12% VI. Usables/Arrows Ultimate Resist Potion - A potion that will temporarily increase the user's resistance to the Fire, Earth, Water, Wind element by 7%. Effect doesnt stack with Elemental Proof Potions Frost Giants Blood - Increases your Physical/Magical damage on player enemies by 7% for a duration Core of Golem - Decreases 10% damage taken from other adventurers for a duration Hunter Talisman - Phantasmic Arrow Damage + 100% Full Chemical Protection Scroll - For FCP when run out. Requires 1 "Glistening Coat" to use the effect. Awakening Potion - A special tonic that combats the effects of drowsiness. Temporarily increases Attack Speed. Speed Potion - Increase Movement Speed for a certain amount of time Coldproof Potion - Water Resistance +20%, Wind Resistance -15% Thunderproof Potion - Wind Resistance +20%, Earth Resistance -15% Earthproof Potion - Earth Resistance +20%, Fire Resistance -15% Fireproof Potion - Fire Resistance +20%, Water Resistance -15% Wizards Talisman(Soul Link) - The Wizard's HP will also increase by BaseLvl * 200 HP. Increase Magic Crasher Damage by 150%. Increase Lord of Vermillion Damage by 400%. Increase Meteor Storm Damage by 300%. Increase Storm Gust Damage by 500% Nullify the Gemstone requirement of certain spells at the cost of increasing SP Consumption by 50% when using skills. Box of Drowsiness - Increases your MATK by 20 for 60 seconds. Fenrir's Power Scroll - MATK +25. Reduces fixed cast time by 50%. Effect duration: 5 minutes. If I missed out anything.
