Note: This is just a Temporary Hotfix for Phantasmic Arrow because the alternative solutions require server maintenance. Whitesmith Cart Termination ~ Increase Throw Tommahawk damage by 100% Swordsman Bash ~ Increse Damage by 50% 2.
