1. General Changes
    
    Other Domain Rewards
     - Added 'Dragons Reverse Scale' on Other Domain Reward Chest at level 51, You will get reward at random.
        If you open the chest and got Credit Voucher, you will also automatically get the Reverse Scale.
    
    Chrome Quest New Item
     - Added New Weapon Quest on Chrome Quest "Enchanted Huuma"
     
        

     - Added New Quest Costumes

    Token Costume Refund NPC
     - You can now Refund all Token Costume on the Refund NPC with a Small Fee based on the Number of Tokens that will be Refunded. 50 CV per Token Refund.
        
2. Item Changes
    Sniper Card
     - Sniper Card can now be equipped on HG and on Accessory with Different Effects.
     
    
    New T3 Stones
     - Added 7 New T3 Stones on Donator Token Shop

   Note: Invisible Costumes will soon be on Gacha NPC (like Domeng NPC)

3. Skill & Job Changes
    
    Creator
     Acid Demonstration
      - The skill can now benefit from Long Range Atk% Bonus
      - New Skill Formula
        [(6(vit*4)*int*int) / 18*(vit+int) + (Long Range Atk% Bonus * 30)] = Acid Demonstration Damage
            -VIT = Enemy VIT
            -INT = Your INT

    Ninja
     Hiding
      - When ninja uses hiding it has great reduce delay on animation.
     
     Shadow Jump
      - Animation Improved (now faster and more responsive)

     Wind Blade
      - Increase Damage by 50%
      
     Lightning Jolt
      - Increase Damage by 50%
      
     First Wind
      - Increase Damage by 50%

     Raging Fire Dragon
      - Increase Damage by 30%     
      
     Blaze Shield
      - Increase Damage by 125%
      
     Crimson Fire Petal
      - Increase Damage by 50%
     
     Lightning Spear of Ice
      - Increase Damage by 50%
      
     Final Strike
      - Modified Mechanics after cast. 25% of your HP will now remain after casting Final Strike.
      
4. Tier Enchant System
    
    Costume Enchant's
     - Added '%Increase Long Ranged Physical Damage' 1 ~ 5% , on T2 Costume Enchant List.

5. Token Items Refund NPC
     - Players can now Refund Token Costumes & T3 Token Stones on the Refund NPC near Donation Shop
